Organic Red Kidney Beans have a very sweet taste. They are typical legumes born in the Mexican cuisine and used in various delicious and flavoured recipes. This bean characterized by its intense red colour is rich in fibres and proteins, so it is very energy-giving and nutritious but poor in fats. They are produced without adding any salt or preservatives and conserved in practical BPA tins. Red kidney beans served plain without salt and ready to use: you can eat them simply as they are, or warmed up and seasoned. They are suitable for different recipes: as vegetables or for salads, soups and dishes with meat, rice or pasta.
