Organic Borlotti beans are the typical beans of our cuisine, characterized by their red skin, their mushy and creamy and their unmistakable flavour.

Organic Borlotti beans are smoothly boiled and then conserved without adding any salt or preservatives in practical BPA NI tins in order to keep their fragrance.

They are perfect as a dressing for vegetable soups and “minestrone”. They can be also boiled to season pasta.
