The Manfuso organic tomato concentrated sauce is like a tomato paste with a bright red colour and high sugar content. The Manfuso organic tomato concentrated sauce is obtained from the squeezing of fresh tomatoes harvested in the South of Italy. The water contained inside it is evaporated until a solid but delicate paste is obtained. It has an intense tomato flavour and it is then preserved without adding any salt or preservatives. It is really very used in the preparation of dishes that require a long cooking time and for dressings of pasta or to enrich or make sweeter and tastier other sauces. 

The Manfuso organic tomato concentrate in 4.5 kg can size is a typical product for Ho.Re.Ca. (Hotel, Restaurant and Catering). They are canned in white lacquered tins BPA NI.
